No Guarantee
There is no guarantee of this method working for you. We believe that the method used by PoP Circle should work to engineer the distances between you and your contacts, but this not backed by any strong evidence or scientific truth or proof. It seems to have helped us. We hope it can help you.

Our Liability
We are not liable for losses and damages you incur (physically, emotionally, or otherwise) via using this site. If you engineer yourself too close or far from a contact and that causes you damage or loss, we are not liable for that. We run on security that is adequate for our needs (our server setup is used in many large websites in the industry, so we are using something that has proven itself elsewhere).

Data
We own the data. If you want to pull the list of friends you have on the site, we may decide to help you, but ultimately it is our data. While we will be backing up the data intermittently, if we lose the data then we are not held accountable. Just like those of us who use this tool, you will have to reenter your friends and start from scratch.

Your Privacy
The data is stored in a industry strength database server. Passwords are stored encrypted. We do not plan to sell your data. However, if that option does arise, we will give you three months to remove yourself from our system or to opt out. We will also contact you in this event via the email you used to register an account here. Again, you will have three months from our first email to your registered address about the sale of data. Catch All
PoP Circle is an experiment in human ecosystems. It will help people get closer or farther from those they know. That being said, it is still an experiment. Experiments can have error, can break, can decide to not work as expected. We are happy you are considering taking part in this experiment with us. Albeit our best efforts, things can go wrong. Just be warned that if things go wrong then you can not blame us.
